Yippie Ki Yay —
Another Bruce Willis “Die Hard” movie?
Yes, Great fun. Almost silliness, too. Death, dismemberment, disillusion, destruction. Chaos, too. Fisticuff, fist fights, mayhem and more, much, much more. Great stuff, for a movie. Not a lot of plot. Not too many tender-hearted scenes. Blow stuff up. Shoot things. Have stuff fall out of the sky. Have the good guys fall from improbable heights, only to walk away.
Bonus points for making non-communist Russia look bad, as it seems to be rotten to its core with corrupt politicians.
Double-dealing, back-stabbing, stuff blows up, gun, guns, and more guns.
At the Alamo Draft House, have to be there at least 45 minutes early, as there’s a replay reel of many of the most epic moments, and then, a music video, with the epic moments edited in, over and over.
At least three times, “Yippie Ki Yay, … !”
Action-packed. Even better, though? The reel before the film. Catching up on all of the “Die Hard” franchise.
